Ingredients:
1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp hot coffee
1 tsp instant coffee
Method:
- In small bowl, Mix hot coffee and instant coffee to dissolve. Add oil and sugar until smooth
- Using the tines of a fork, drizzle this rich coffee icing over warm cookies & cakes, soon after they come out of the oven.
Side note: If the icing is not drizzly enough, simply add a bit more hot coffee (a tsp at a time).
