The Loft is located in the 1825 Main House of our luxury Vermont bed and breakfast. Rustic lodge meets elegant boutique hotel in this oversized room with hand-hewn beams, cathedral ceiling with skylights, an eight-foot Palladian window overlooking gardens, and wide-board floors with braided rugs. The Loft features a king-size canopy bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, Chippendale sofa and two Boston rockers.
One step up from the bedroom leads to a dressing area. From here, you enter a large bathroom containing a vanity, glass-enclosed shower and a separate oversized two-person whirlpool tub.
This room also offers a private sundeck accessed through a French door. To add to the romance and privacy, The Loft is accessed through a concealed door and secret stairway.
Rates vary by the season and include afternoon sweets and tea, and full breakfast.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival result in forfeiture of the cost of one night’s room and tax; cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the cost of the entire stay.
