Come to the Circus Smirkus Big Top show! You will be astounded by the performances of these award winning international youth circus troupers (ages 10 – 18). Watch them skillfully and bravely perform acts as high wire walkers, aerialists, acrobats, as well as entertaining clowns, and mesmerizing jugglers.

Circus Smirkus celebrates it’s 30th anniversary! Their 2017 Big Top Tour is going to be better than ever!  Several shows are scheduled throughout New England in July & August.  Many Circus Smirkus Big Top shows are nearby in the Northeast Kingdom. The closest Smirkus Big Top show to Rabbit Hill Inn will be 10 minutes away in St. Johnsbury Vermont. July 14 & 15 -Two shows daily at 1:00 & 6:00.  Location: The Green Mountain Mall, 2000 Memorial Drive / Rt. 5, St. Johnsbury.

About Circus Smirkus: Circus Smirkus is located in Greensboro Vermont. It is a renown performing arts institution dedicated to the exploration of circus arts to youths between the ages of 10 -18.  Circus Smirkus programs include Smirkus Camp and Smirkus Academy. The Smirkus performers and coaches literally come from many countries.

Each summer, a company of talented Circus Smirkus performers go on a 2 month Big Top circus tour around New England.  The young troupers travel with a full support team of coaches, cooks, crew, and musicians. They perform to sell-out crowds in a 600+ seat one-ring Big Top tent!
