The Turnabout, located on the ground level of our 1795 House and only a 30-second walk to the Main House, offers a covered porch with settee and cushioned side chairs and private outside entrance with an oversized tavern door original to this building. Colonial in decor, The Turnabout is flavored in cranberry and chocolate with exposed hand-hewn beams and wide-board floors. In addition to a king-sized canopy bed, this room features a gas fireplace in the sitting area with couch and wingback chair, a handcrafted Windsor chair and a blanket chest coffee table.
The large tile bathroom contains a large roll-in shower with drop-down seat, and oversized two-person whirlpool tub. The Turnabout offers handicapped accessible luxury and conforms to the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
