I am not one to write a review but find it necessary to do so now. My husband and I have found a hidden gem in Lower Waterford VT called The Rabbit Hill Inn!!! We have since been back several times for dinner, we have brought friends and family for celebrations, and continue to be drawn to this AMAZING INN!! From the moment we walked in we knew we had found something special. We are always greeted by the lovely Katayoon with that beautiful smile and bubbly personality. Be sure and get there early so you can visit The Snooty Fox Pub where the bartender Hugo is AMAZING and will mix you up a magical cocktail of choice and bring you a mini puzzle to do at the bar all while keeping the conversation going as if you were family Ding ding dinner what can I say here If you happen to luck out and get McKenna as your server consider yourself blessed. She is the sweetest server I’ve ever met. And the FOOD OMG. Here’s what you should know. My husband and I are foodies. What that means is we are basically “food snobs” Growing up in the restaurant business that happens naturally … why do we drive here at least once a month, this is WHY. When you find your tribe LOVE them hard!!! Way to go Rabbit Hill Inn thank you for being part of my journey ♥️♥️
