In our opinion, Schilling Beer Co is hitting it out of the park! Their onsite microbrewery is producing outstanding continental European style beers. The taproom is terrific, offering an impressive beer menu, including several world-class house lagers and ales, along with some carefully chosen guest brews on tap. The small open kitchen features a handsome wood-burning oven providing delicious grilled pizzas, calzones, and strombolis. There are a few other menu options as well. Ingredients are fresh and local. The unique setting adds to the experience, inside a renovated old mill building that sits on the river.
Their dedication to their craft, beers, and customer community is obvious. And that’s what’s happening here, they are building a community – not just for beer geeks, but for everyone.
