A Superior Room

Located on the third floor of the 1795 Tavern Building, the Top of the Tavern was the quarters for the Hodby family – the Inn’s original owners. It has been redesigned in a French Country style featuring buttery tones accented with soft blues and golds. The main room offers a queen bed, gas fireplaced sitting area with sofa, wingback chair, window seats, coffee table and wall-to-wall carpeting throughout.
Adjoining the bedroom is a comfortable sitting/dressing room containing a daybed, vanity, and cozy reading nook with views of the village and beautiful White Mountains beyond. Separating the two rooms is a bright traditional bathroom with vaulted ceiling and skylights. All of this makes the Top of the Tavern a fantasy for stepping back in time.
$259 — with afternoon tea, breakfast and service charge. Peak add $40.00
