Cold Summer Melon Gazpacho
Yields 8 servings


Ingredients:
1 cantaloupe- peeled, seeded and cubed
1 honeydew- peeled, seeded and cubed
1 slice bread, cubed w/o crust
3 Tbls rice wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
dash each of salt, cayenne pepper and white pepper

Directions:
Puree all the ingredients
Chill until very cold
Serve in Martini glasses garnished with crème fraiche and edible flowers
Try rimming the glass with some flavored sugar.
