Exceptional dining awaits you at Rabbit Hill Inn.   We proudly offer a relaxed fine dining experience.  Enjoy award-winning, creative, and highly seasonal cuisine in an intimate and romantic setting – special, yet comfortable and unpretentious.

Scrumptious Breakfasts

Your day starts with a full candlelit breakfast beginning with a bountiful buffet of fresh baked treats, our famous homemade granola, fruit, yogurts and juices. And yet there’s more… your choice of two hot entrees such  as apple cheddar crepes in a caramel sauce served with a spinach-orange-pecan salad or a cheddar and roasted red pepper egg Napoleon drizzled with sundried tomato anglaise served with a rosemary potato galette.

Afternoon Sweets

Delicate house made pastries await you each afternoon from 2:00 to 5:30. Match that up with a perfect cup of tea or coffee.  In warmer months, lemonade or iced tea are offered as well.  Remember, all this deliciousness is at no additional charge.

Evening Dining

Relax and enjoy the evening with artistically prepared food, finely crafted cocktails, and your special someone.  Our culinary team, under the direction of Executive Chef Slayton Altenburg, delivers Modern American cuisine, creating frequently changing seasonal and innovative dinner menus that incorporate both classical and new age techniques.  Ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible; but we also know that some wonderful components can only be found beyond our state border.  By finding that right balance, we present a most memorable dining experience.  If culinary travel is your interest, you won’t want to miss dining at Rabbit Hill Inn.

To assure availability, dinner reservations are required and recommended at the same time room reservations are made as seating is limited. We usually are unable to accommodate reservations made after 3pm.  Rabbit Hill offers a full bar and a carefully selected wine list to complement our exquisite menu. Dress for dinner is casual; however, ultra- casual attire such as shorts and tee-shirts are not appropriate for dinner. The dining room is closed Wednesday evenings EXCEPT from mid-September to mid-October which is our peak fall foliage season.
