The Rabbit Hill Dining Experience
We proudly offer a fine Vermont country inn dining experience as grand and memorable as the Northern Vermont landscape itself. Enjoy award-winning, creative and exciting cuisine in an intimate, romantic setting — elegant, yet comfortable and unpretentious.

Scrumptious Breakfasts
Your day starts with a full candlelit breakfast beginning with a bountiful buffet of fresh baked treats, our famous homemade Gourmet entrees at Northern Vermont B&Bgranola, fruit, yogurts and juices. And yet there's more... your choice of two hot entrees such  as apple cheddar crepes in a caramel sauce served with a spinach-orange-pecan salad or a cheddar and roasted red pepper egg Napoleon drizzled with sundried tomato anglaise served with a rosemary potato galette.

Afternoon Tea
A perfect cup of tea and delicate pastries await you in the Federal Parlor each afternoon from 2:00 - 5:30. In the warmer months, you will also find pitchers of lemonade on the front porch.

Evening Dining
Celebrate your evenings with unforgettable epicurean pleasures and splendid libations. Relax by candlelight as we pamper your spirit and your palette. Executive Chef Matthew Secich and his staff proudly present a new, innovative seasonal dinner menu featuring eclectic interpretations on local ingredients. Matt is truly a farm-to-table chef who takes " liberties" with any dish on his menu by utilizing the best products of the day. Therefore, a menu only begins to describe a dish; the end result is your pleasure to discover!

To assure availability, dinner reservations are required and recommended at the same time room reservations are made as seating is limited. We usually are unable to accommodate reservations made after 3pm.  Rabbit Hill offers a full bar and a carefully selected wine list to complement our exquisite menu. Dress for dinner is "dressy casual". Though a jacket and tie are not required, ultra- casual attire such as shorts and tee-shirts are not appropriate for dinner. The dining room is closed Wednesday evenings from Dec. 1, 2010 to Sept. 7, 2011.
